By downloading, installing, accessing or using Finzo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the application.

Use of Finzo

Finzo is provided as a personal finance management application to help you organize information such as income, expenses, debts, people, categories and financial activity.

You may use Finzo for lawful personal purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Your Data

The financial information you enter into Finzo remains your information.

Finzo is designed as an offline-first application, and core financial records are primarily stored locally on your device.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and protecting your locally stored information.

Accuracy of Information

Finzo calculates summaries, balances and reports based on the information you enter into the application.

You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of amounts, dates, categories, debt information and other records that you enter.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in inaccurate totals or reports.

Exports, Backups and Data Loss

Finzo may provide options to export information, such as CSV files or other supported formats.

You are responsible for securely storing any exported files and maintaining your own backups where appropriate.

Finzo cannot guarantee recovery of data that has been deleted or lost from your device.

Device Permissions

Certain Finzo features may require access to device capabilities such as photos, files or other system functions.

You may choose whether to grant available permissions through your device settings, but declining a permission may prevent certain features from working.

Advertising and Third-Party Services

Finzo may display advertising provided by third-party services, including Google AdMob.

Third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Finzo does not control all content, availability or data practices of those third-party services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms provided by those third parties.

App Availability and Updates

We do not guarantee that Finzo will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device or suitable for every financial purpose.

You use the application and rely on information displayed by it at your own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Finzo and its developer will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use the application.

This includes, where legally permitted, losses related to missing, inaccurate, deleted or unavailable financial records, device failure, data loss or decisions made based on information entered into or displayed by Finzo.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when Finzo changes, when new features are introduced or when legal or platform requirements change.

The effective date shown at the top of this page may be updated when significant changes are made.

Continued use of Finzo after updated terms become effective may constitute acceptance of those updated terms.

Ending Your Use of Finzo

You may stop using Finzo at any time.

Because core financial information is primarily stored locally, you should export or preserve any information you want to keep before uninstalling the app or clearing its local data.
