1

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Finzo handles information when you use the Finzo personal finance application.

Finzo is designed to help you track personal income, expenses, debts, people, categories and financial activity while keeping your financial records primarily on your device.

By using Finzo, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2

Information You Add to Finzo

Depending on how you use the app, you may enter information such as:

  • • Income and expense records
  • • Transaction titles, amounts, dates and notes
  • • Categories and payment methods
  • • People you create inside the app
  • • Debts owed to you or owed by you
  • • Notes or other optional information associated with your records

Finzo does not require you to create a Finzo online account to use these core personal finance features.

3

Local Storage

Finzo uses local device storage, including a local database, to store your financial records.

Your financial records are not automatically uploaded to a Finzo server.

Your transactions, debts, people, categories and related financial information are intended to remain on your device unless you explicitly export, share or otherwise move that data.

If you uninstall Finzo, clear the app's storage, reset your device or lose your device, locally stored information may be permanently lost unless you have exported or backed it up separately.

4

Device Permissions

Finzo may request access to certain device capabilities only when required by a feature you choose to use.

For example, if a future or supported feature allows you to attach an image to a financial record, Finzo may request permission to access your device's camera or photo library.

Permission availability and behavior may depend on your device and Android version. You can manage app permissions through your device settings.

5

Advertising

Finzo may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.

Advertising providers may automatically process certain technical information needed to provide, measure, secure and improve advertising services.

Depending on your device, region, consent choices and advertising settings, this may include information such as:

  • • Device and advertising identifiers
  • • Approximate location derived from network information such as IP address
  • • Device type, operating system and app-related technical information
  • • Advertising interactions and diagnostic information

Finzo's own local financial records are not intentionally provided to advertisers for advertising purposes.

6

Third-Party Services

Finzo may use third-party software development kits or services that operate under their own privacy policies.

These may include Google services used for advertising and related app functionality. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

7

Exported and Shared Data

Finzo may allow you to export certain records, for example in a CSV or similar file format.

Once you export, copy or share information outside Finzo, you are responsible for protecting that exported file and for deciding where it is stored or shared.

8

Data Deletion

Because Finzo's financial records are primarily stored locally, you can remove individual records using the available delete functions inside the app.

You may also remove Finzo's locally stored app data using your Android device settings or by uninstalling the application.

Information independently processed by third-party services such as advertising providers is subject to those providers' own retention and deletion practices.

9

Security

We design Finzo to minimize unnecessary transmission of your financial records by storing core information locally.

However, no device, application, storage method or security measure can guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting access to your device and maintaining appropriate device security, backups and screen-lock protections.

10

Children's Privacy

Finzo is a general personal finance utility and is not specifically designed or directed toward young children.

We do not knowingly operate a Finzo account system intended to collect children's financial information. Third-party services used by the app may apply their own age-related privacy requirements and safeguards.

11

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Finzo changes, when new features or services are introduced, or when legal and platform requirements change.

When this policy is updated, the effective date shown at the top of this page may also be updated.

We encourage users to review this page periodically for the latest information.
